Users - Screen

Users are required for assignment of extensions. A user may be assigned one or more extensions (phone lines). With the extension comes additional information such as resources, access rights (ACL), Environment, Skills and Widgets.

• User Attributes 

Table columns:

• Date Created -
• Updated At - Date of last update
• Enabled - enabled or not
• Environment - the user belongs to
• Username - commonly used is the extension number assigned 
• First Name -
• Last Name - 
• Status - The Current Status of The User (Available, On Break , Logged Out) 
• Email - 
• ACL (Access List ) -  set of permissions the user will have in the system. See "ACL - Screen" for details.
• Notes - 

 

 Press Create/Save to create the user.
