Blacklists are a tool to avoid time-consuming calls that are unwanted and should be blocked. Both incoming and outgoing blacklisted numbers can be added to to the system.
When the system identifies an incoming or outgoing number that is blacklisted, it will immediately terminate the call. No notification is given except an update to the blacklist where the number was identified with a timestamp.
Note that a blacklist is associated with a specific Environment. If you wish to blacklist a number in one or more environments, it must be created in a separate blacklist for each of the environments.
