Call Conditions are used to define the desired activity during the defined time period and outside of that period. For example if we have a group of agents working Mon - Fri, from 9 am to 5 pm we can group them and accordingly play announcements, one when the service is available and another when it is not.
Main Table
In this table all of the Time Conditions (TC) that are under the current Admin-user will be listed,
1. Table Columns:
- Date when the TC was created
- Date when it was last edited
- TC Status -Enabled/Disabled
- TC's Environment
- TC Name - use a meaningful name
- TC Actions

Clicking on the pencil (black) icon ->>> will open the editing page for this call condition (CC).

Clicking on the duplicate (green) icon ->>> will open a new similar entry and a pop-up window to change fields (beta).

Clicking the bars (yellow) icon ->>> will open the log for the item.

Clicking on the bin (red) icon ->>> will delete the CC.

2. On the top-right corner the “+New” icon is used to create new CCs. Also, the "refresh" icon will reload the table.
Create a New/Edit Call Conditions Screen
Fields:
- Enabled - the CC is enabled/disabled
- Name – the name of the CC (preferably use a meaningful name)
- Environment - The Environment which CC will be associated with. Select an environment from the list. All environments available to the Admin-user will be listed.
- Conditions List - press the"+" icon to add Match entries.
A window will open to select "when" and "what" to do. - Select time and day (leave unselected when you want to include "ANY") For example do not select date only weekdays in the example above.
- Select what to do (bridge and name) if the call is within the time/date conditions.

- You can now repeat steps 4, 5, 6 to add another period like different hours on Saturday only.
- Select the "fallback" bridge in case all the conditions set are not matched.
