Setting Service Times - Flow

This guide explains how to create different routing scenarios based on time/day.

It works on an environment and therefore the extensions we wish to route must belong to the same environment. For example a sales team that works from 9 am until 6 pm.

There are 2 items on the Voipappz System to define: Time Groups  and Call Conditions. See Time Groups - Screen and Call Conditions - link: Time Groups. link: Call Conditions.

Steps to Create a new time group:

1. Open the admin ->>> Time Groups - Screen.
2. Follow the instructions ->>> Time Groups - Screen.
3. Open the admin ->>> Call Conditions - Screen.
4. Configure the Call Conditions using the correct Environment and Time Group defined in 2. If required you can add several Time Groups.
5. In older Voipappz versions, Open the admin ->>> Routes
6. Configure the Routes to follow the call conditions ->>> see Routes - Screen
7. Test the new configuration.
