This Guide will Show you how to Generate A Trigger on A Queue Call
In Order to Complete the Task you need to set:
- Email In the Environment (Profile - >Email)
- Create a Template Email , you can create a Template with the folowing Text:
Hello,
Call At : {{created_at}},
Caller Id: {{caller_id_number}}
Disposition: {{queue_disposition}}
User: {{user_name}}
3. Now Create a Trigger ( Triggers -> Set a Trigger type "Queue" and With "End" and Set the Action to the Template)
4. Next Step is to Attach the Trigger to the Queue
