Overview
The Call Conditions screen lets you create and manage conditional routing rules.
How to Access
From the sidebar, click Call Conditions.
Screen Layout
- Data Table — Lists call conditions with name and description
- + Create Button — Create a new call condition
- Row Actions — Edit routing resources, delete
Fields Reference
