Overview
The Queues screen displays all call distribution queues in your environment.
How to Access
From the sidebar, click Queues.
Screen Layout
- Data Table — Lists queues with name, strategy, agent count, and status
- + Create Button — Create a new queue
- Row Actions — Edit, manage agents, delete
