Triggers are a way to map between Events and Actions.
Since voipappz is an Event based system This will allow us to Automate processed in the sytem
Examples:
- SMS - For when the call in Queue answered an SMS will be sent to their phone or an email is sent to their email.
- Wellet Notifcation - When a Wallet Reach a Thresold of 90% we will trigger a notification to the Customer
- Web-hook
Fields:
- Date Created - Date when the route was created
- Updated at - Date when it was last edited
- Enabled - is enabled or disabled
- Name - use a name
- Action - You should set the Action of the Trigger , we have Few Actions Types:
- Webhook
- Template
- Event -
- Action - the action to take place when recognizing the trigger
- Actions:

Clicking on the pencil (black) icon ->>> will open the editing page for this item.

Clicking on the duplicate (green) icon ->>> will open a new similar entry and a pop-up window to change fields.

Clicking the bars (yellow) icon ->>> will open the log for the item.

Clicking on the bin (red) icon ->>> will delete the item.

Creating a new trigger
To create a new trigger click the +New icon on the top right of the screen.
- Name - use a meaningful name
- Type - select ether "Call" or "Plan".
- Queue - Events in CallCenter Queue (Incoming Call)
- Start - When Call Entering the Queue
- End
- Note: Those event will be triggered Regaledless if the Agents Has Answered/ Ringing an
- Queue - Events in CallCenter Queue (Incoming Call)
- User

- Create- When a User is created
- Incoming Call: user answer
- Incoming Call : user ring
- Incoming Call: user hangup

- Contact

- Outgoing: contact ringing
- Outgoing: contact answer
- Outgoing: contact hangup
- Incoming: queue start
- Incoming: queue end
- IVR: entry

- Action Type - user created action. Select one from the list:
(note the items available for each type should be created prior to creating the trigger)- webhook - Allow us to Send a Webhook
- template - Send An email to Account Manager of the Resource
Notes: to create a:
- webhook - main menu ->> settings ->> Webhooks
- rule -
- template - main menu ->> settings ->> Templates
- vml - main menu ->> bridge ->> VMLs
click on Save to create/update your changes.
Example: to create an email that is sent when a user is created:
select Type: plan, Select event: User:create, Action Type: Template, Select Action: (from the list select the "user created" template).
