Click2Call - Installation Guide

Click-to-call  feature that allows you to make outbound calls from any Browser or 3rd party application (Like CRM , or ERP) using a URL.

The Common usage is to initiates two calls (sometime called Legs) at the same time.

First "Leg" is usually the Agent's Extension Number and the second "Leg" is the Customer Number.

Example to Click2call URL

https://api.voipappz.io/custom/click2call?username={{username}}&number={{number}}&caller_id_number={{caller_id_number}}

username = Agent's Extension Number 

number = Customer's Number

caller_id_number = Set the Caller ID Number of the Call
