Click2Call Installation Guide

Overview

Click2Call adds a click-to-dial button to your website or CRM. When visitors or agents click a phone number, it initiates a call through the Voipappz system.

How It Works

1. User clicks a phone number on your website
2. Click2Call sends a request to the Voipappz API
3. The system calls the agent's extension first
4. Once the agent answers, the system calls the destination number
5. Both parties are bridged together

Installation

1. Get your Click2Call API key from the admin portal
2. Add the Click2Call JavaScript snippet to your website
3. Configure the extension that should be called first
4. Test by clicking a phone number on your site
