Announcements Screen Walkthrough

Overview

The Announcements screen manages all audio messages available in your environment.

How to Access

From the sidebar, click Announcements.

Screen Layout

• Data Table — Lists announcements with name, type (audio/TTS), and duration
• + Create Button — Create a new announcement
• Row Actions — Play, edit, delete

Step-by-Step Guide

Creating from Audio File

1. Click + Create
2. Enter a Name
3. Select Audio File type
4. Upload your WAV or MP3 file
5. Click Save

Creating from TTS

1. Click + Create
2. Enter a Name
3. Select TTS type
4. Enter the text to be spoken
5. Select voice and language
6. Preview the audio
7. Click Save

Audio File Requirements

Property	Recommended
Format	WAV (PCM) or MP3
Sample Rate	8kHz or 16kHz
Channels	Mono
Max Size	10 MB
